While building up a new outpost/town, pathfinding for all my characters apparently "broke".
As a result none of my characters can use/access any building or structure. They can pass through the wall of the town in some places though.
I don't know what caused it, latest structures build was the well and silo. Savegame attached.
EDIT: After reloading the game, it looks like "only" the mine and the two gates are broken.
EDIT 2: Adding/Building interior items like beds and chests, seems to mess up pathfinding quite often. So far I've been able to fix it each time, by Building a Wind generator... I got a lot of Wind generators now :p

I've experienced the problem with the mine.
Also not sure if you mentioned it but my squad members seem to not want to go where I click, what happened was I got one of my workers of making bread and had him run to a nearby town. About half-way to the town he decided to just turn around. I couldn't click anywhere outside of a 20ish meter radius without my worker facing the direction of click for maybe a second then turning around and continuing going in the other direction. I was only able to fix this (aside from reloading the game) by clicking near my worker and holding down the right click and dragging my cursor to the town to get him to go to it.
Hope this helps.

Got this problem again today. I proceeded with building a wind generator, but this didn't fix it.
I tried building some other things, hoping it would fix the pathfinding, but ended up with a locking up the game when placing a stone storage. I couldn't get to the process manager either, but had to log off the computer to kill the process.
Edit: Crashdump is two days old; so obviously not from this.
Edit 2: While building a Wind generator doesn't always solve this problem, I've so far been able to get it to a playable state by either building new or disassembling old structures. Also, in my experience interior items/furniture/storage causes the problem more often than not (i.e. when you build a new of said item).
