Quickload Crash Right After Pathfinding to shack error

Suddenly I ordered my science guy to leave the research shack after placing a chest in it, which when I did that caused my game to freeze but didnt crash it. Ordered him to build a processor for stone. and then ordered him back to the shack and for some reason the shack door would stay closed and he couldnt get back in or anyone else. When I tried to quick load to a previous save where it worked my game crashed.

thinking it must be related some how....

im able to fix this by importing my game with my previous buildings.. although its buggy.
