Hey guys I was playing today and accidently attacked a Caravan trader (trading guild) and killed him cause he was low hp (huge bandit battle). Well anyways because I did that I now cannot trade with the construction trader and another (forgot now but its the guy next to him). My people also attack their people now automatically and the rating is only on -10. I really need a alternate way to get bulk amounts of building material, or make friends with the guild again. If anyone can tell me how to these it would really help because to get building material I have to run for like 10 minutes to get to a outpost and back for 4 building material (really sucks). Thanks guys.
Well if you can get buidling materials from other place you should be able to make a stone mine and a processor to start your production, so that would be o trouble, about to increase thei relatio n with them you gona need to wait other responses, because at the moemtn the only way i found and know to d, is by helping them/healing, which mgiht be hard if they do not encounter othrs, i am relativily new here to know some stuff as well and wishin to learn, because i had healed a guard and my relation didn t change in any wya, i guess the faction just didn t care for him and didn t make a diference, on th other hand, before i healed him and took to one of my beds, tho he couldn t rest on them so he just lay on the roof (weird phyics), and didn t change a thing, i guess with the trading guild you d have to do so with the traders.

Look over here might be more helpfull.
I have a game currently where I have a negative relation with the traders. I regularly run to brink from my town and walk right up to the trade building and up to the shop counter. No one will talk to me. It's been a while but I believe they attack me when I try to; along with every guard in town =). So I'm at the shop counter and I right click and choose LOOT. Then I grab all the building mats I can carry, 30 or so, and walk off back to my town with no walls. Not sure I should be able to do that but I do it because I can.
Building the stone mine and stone processor is a given. By far the easiest way to gain building materials.

Protocobe did you notice if you was actually spending money or just thieving? Because i would say might be a sort of bug if you use any cats for it, i don t know if someting, but regularly i rather shop by clicking the tables, but could be implemented for thieves, loot be the "stealing" way, of course if someone see you they would chase you, and talk with the trader as you shoud in the first place be the "legal way".
Sometimes just gotta be faster.

Turns out I have been spending money. It also turns out that I have so much money that I don't notice when it gets spent. However, being that I cannot talk to the traders because of our negative relationship I find that I am glad that I can still purchase their wares. When stealing is implemented I will steal their stuff, no question.hbrown wrote:Protocobe did you notice if you was actually spending money or just thieving? FYI traders are just not forgiving people no matter how many times you lure a crowd of dust bandits into their shops and then patch them up later. They love to hate.
