[0.44.0] Character not healing

When I seen update, I started playing, created new character and played, then I trained skills on hungry bandits, I lost, chest had -2 and "yellow line", after waiting about a minute, nothing happened, it was still -2, see picture bellow

This has been bugging me too, especially since I do everything I can to never lure enemies to city guards. It seems like your character won't heal at all unless there's more yellow than there is red.

I had that too, though to me seemed just healed when fully covered, no red just yellow.

did a test just to see if it happened to me as well.
character healed up fine without bandages ( -21 to chest and -16 to left leg , got all the way down to zero blood, put game on Plaid speed and in about 5 minutes was up and walking around again.
( Fought a group of sand ninjas and Dust Bandits with a new Old Soldier Start )
