Hello
First of all i want to apologize for my terrible english
And then i want to say thank you for future help
so i have some questions about:
1.what those the weapon level on my character mean/affect/purpose of it the description of it does not help me understand
2.i did my own weapon manufacturer but what does overall level mean and those it affect something
3.in that weapon manufacturer i placed my own weapon models(i only changed the name of the edge types) those weapon models they only affect the look of the weapon ingame or is there an other purpose for them?
4.in that weapon manufacturer i have only one type of weapon and thats my created one(just replaced name and edit some stats) should i add all weapon types ?

Pls go easy on me
Thank You,dankeschön,Arigatō,obrigado,merci,grazie
Weapon modding help me plx
Hey fallenPants I've done a bit of modding myself I'll try help you with your questions:
1.Weapon level affects how much damage you do with the weapon so for instance if you were level 30 with Katanas you'd do quite a bit more damage than level 10, you increase this level by basically attacking more with your sword of that type.
2.I'm not sure about the overall level for manufacturers I can test it out for a bit see if it matters at the moment what it could be is a stat that comes in a later update.
3.It would affect all weapons that use that model they would have different textures depending on the manufacturer (due to rusty weapons having the rusted look and the more legendary swords have a nice metal shine) so if you were to edit what one sword looks like say the fragment axe any manufacturer that uses that same model will look different as well, if you want to make a weapon manufacturer and use a model but edit and such so that it looks different you can just use the model but rename it and have a manufacturer just manufacture that one weapon(as far as I know).
4. You don't really have to I'm sure if adding your own weapon type makes it so that you have that weapon in a store or something (I've only tested a weapon by adding it to a custom campaign), so I'm sure what the use is from what I know only hopefully someone can fill me in on how to add it to shops (unless its as easy as I think).
5. For clothing I've noticed that Wooden Sandals are 1.1x Athletic skill and 1.05x Combat Speed what this means is that you run 1.1x faster than normal and when you fight you move 1.05x faster if its 0.9x then for combat it would mean that you are 0.9x slower, I'm not sure what negative would mean since this is sorta like a percentage variable.
Hopefully I answered all your questions, If not just tell me what you don't understand and I'll try fill you in on more detail about it
