2 questions - update fail & KMM

Hi guys,

I've tried to look it up, but I didn't find anything interesting.

First one - update fail frequently.
I've demo version, 0.40.5 and when I'm opening, update pop up. I'm downloading, then, at the end, it fails. Every time. I've tried to download through IndieGo site, but the link doesn't work ("The file you have selected (kenshi0.50.0.exe) is not available via any mirrors"). I'm doing something wrong? I have some crippled version? I would seriously think about buying the game if I have an opportunity to play newest v (same goes with team - with just 2 guys in demo, every single pack of bandits beats the shit out of me ).

Second one - KMM.
You can't use this tool succesfully with demo? I want to edit my demo's char statistics (like str, dex, etc.), just for a little fun and I can't figure out how to do it (I've red the manuals).
EDIT: Ok, just realised I don't have Forgotten Construction Set folder... Something is surely wrong with my version

Demo version is different than the purchased version.
you can't edit in Demo or use Mods, or go past certain levels.
So there is nothing wrong with your version. supposed to be that way.

last that i knew V0.40 was the latest Demo Version available. Someone can correct me if im wrong on that one.

Ok, topic to close.

I uninstalled desura & removed all registry.
Intalled again from link at IndieGO.
Downloaded & installed Kenshi demo 0.50.

I still don't understand what happend with desura, but earlier it didn't want to update 0.40.5. If someone has similar problem, removing & reinstall should work (I have Win7 64).
