Crash when loading the are (Down right side heft-bark)

So I was walking from Heft to Bark or vice verse (the town at the bottom right was my destination) and when the loads the area it crashes. I have a female character, was wearing old soldier's items (Yes i created a female old soldier but changed the name don't blame me i feel guilty already) and a mercenary plate and a ringed sabre. Also was carrying a Dust Bandit Boss for some juicy bounty. And Boom. I get crashed whenever I load around the town. Tried various routes to see if happens through a certain area but no. It doesn't. It always crashes. Now I can't even open up my save for a more detailed report. I'd love to post you the CrashDump.Zip but I don't know how to. And I don't think I will wait long before I quicksave another game. Just telling again; the route was Bark to Heft or vice versa. And the destination was to the one that is nearer to the bottom right corner.

Now I have a new game. It was Bark to Heft. And now I can't put someone with bounty into the cages to have bounty.
