.68 build crash

Building tech 1 research bench crashes the game. Everything else seems fine.

Hi, same crash about tech bench but also applies to storage chest. Also when I try to buy a large house, wich contains said chest, I get a crash. Tryed to make a new game and also tryed to verify integrity of the game. It's the same.

I bought today the game from steam and I do not have much experience from this. But, when I'm starting playing, every 10-20 minutes the game freezes and I must close it with [CTRL+ALT=DEL]!
Is fault of the upgrades I made to 0.68? I've never played in the previous version. If I turn back to 0.67, will play better?

the game pauses and can stop responding for short bits, usually during saving or changing to a new area. this is normal.
if its completely locking up then yes it is a issue. Try revalidating your game cache files.
or at worst, delete the Data Folder. Can be found here.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi
then revalidate your game Cache.

68 is a experimental build. if you do not wish to participate in the experimental then you need to remove participation in it. then your game should revert back to non experimental. it should be a bit more stable.
No garnuties, since this is a game in Alpha stage of development.

I noticed, at least in one area, that when I tried to place a small shack, and then in the same build mode instance try to build a generator, it would crash the game, every time. Try building only one thing at a time.

Hello,
I delete ALL the game from steam and I re-install it. I make a new Char/Game and i have the same probs! Every 10-20mins of the game and without the option of autosave on, my game is freezed. I am so disappointed because I can not play anymore like that. This is the printscreen that i get every time when my game freezed and i press the [win key]:

CPU: Intel Core2, 6600, @2.40GHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 550Ti, 1GB, (DRV.Ver.337.88)
RAM: 2GB
OS : Win7 x86 ULT

Win 7 Ultimate min system requirements
1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

Kenshi at startup take about 500 megs of that ram. some times lower. when it plays it usually jumps to about 1.4gb used. ( this is what i have seen on my computer )
so 2gb of system ram is not that much to work with. so you will be experiencing the super crash after a few minutes of gameplay.

so far that i can see you're basically running at the min Kenshi needs to play on. ( with additions and new content that has gone up, for now )
over all i don't know what to tell you. a Computer guru will have to help you because i'm tech savvy, but i'm not that good.

All i can say is upgrade your computer. the only decent part of your computer i see is your video card. unless someone else has any ideas. me, i'm fresh out.

You're totally right Hatsune. His system just needs more RAM to run Kenshi properly.

On another note, I can no longer buy buildings without crashes.
