[0.91.0] [FIXED] Fabric Loom (cotton) only ?!

Fabric loom there are only Cotten but not for hemp

description for Hemp:

"Hemp is commonly used to make fabrics and clothing"

but I can't build or research a fabric loom for hemp.

hemp is used for bandages right now, which is a kind of fabric i guess.
