Ganked By Guards

I doubt this is supposed to happen so I Put this here.

I was wandering around town, did nothing wrong like stealing, or had a premie, or anything whatsoever. A random guy came to me and challenged me (not in a chat window, when you're still able to run etc) and I kept running. Then suddenly, the guards jump me and attack me together with the random npc, after which I got obliterated.

This Happened in Shek Kingdom, the name of the random npc was Shek Scout.

I don't think they shouldn't be able to challenge you, but having the guards jump on you because you some random npc from their faction challenges you seems a step too far.

the guards jumping in is a bug.

This could be very dangerous in Admag, some of the town residents can kill a new squad member in one hit.
