[0.98.11] Stuck on loading screen with some saves

This has bothered me since my last take on Kenshi (98.something). I save often, chain saves and stuff to minimize progress lost. But today i got 2-in-a-row, and now I am officially pissed off with this, so I remembered my oooold password to the forums. haelp pleez.
Save attached. Rename 139-backup.z01.zip -> 139-backup.z01 before unpacking, it's a multi-part zip archive from the days long gone

just to say i have the same problem.
i went to mongrel and i seved my game, i loaded the save (they saw me stole things...) and i am stuck on loading screen... (i also test my automatics save in mongrel and have the same problem).
I imported my game with techs, buildings and positions but i am stuck in loading screen.
The solution was to import with techs and building but reset the position of my guys.
So i return in mongrel, save my game to stole things and... have a crash to desktop.
When i reload my game i am stuck in loading screen again...

it's maybe a problem with the location of characters or camera ?
