Everyone is entitled to an opinion, however many opinions are simply bad or wrong. To censor or prevent someone from having opinions would by tyranny, to criticize an opinion is healthy communication.

Ill step back a little bit and point out that paying customers especially this early in the game's development usually DO have opinions that most developers value, i dont know what chris's thoughts on input are, but generally indie games similar to this one value the type of post you replied to, so the point you were trying to make wasnt even relevant to him.

Yep, everyone is entitled to an opinion, good or bad, right or wrong. i even mentioned that. but to tell chris where his time would have been better spent and that he has gotten over 93 people to try this game and they all left, was a bit snobbish to me.

chris has to take it with a grain of salt. he is trying to run a business. if he were to react outwards with every comment (not saying he would otherwise) would be detrimental. this is the very reason i dont run a business. i speak my mind too much and usually get into trouble. which brings up a good point...

just dont like when someone tells someone where there time could have been better spent. its his game and his rules. try offering criticism on the product in hand? what could be done better with foliage or something along those lines. same the 'what you think would be better' for the topic on the gameplay forum. thats all i was wanting to say. came across way different though. so, im offering a handshake.

Like I said kid, I wasnt telling him to do anything. I was giving him my opinion on things and what might keep more people coming back to the game. I didnt tell him where to spend his time, i simply offered an opinion on what I think would help keep a large player base. And I call a spade a spade, you have on numerous times lashed out at ppl and raged at ppl who are just simply trying to help or give an opinion. If thats the way you took my OPINION then oh well, like everyone else got it. Grow up and stop trying to control ppl and/or their opinions.

Name calling doesnt usually accomplish much of anything except alienate the other side, its generally better if you aim to actually convince someone with an argument as your main goal, instead of to insult.

Made an account just to say this. All of you seem pretty immature. Everyone trying to get in the last word and all. All of you grow up please. Once txfirefighter and Montavious said their last words it should have been over. Yet people keep egging this on and amping it up. And if there is one thing I do agree with is that this was a dead issue for almost 6 hours until someone felt the need to say something. All of you seem to be "trolling", let it go.

Especially with most people being all around the world where the time zones is even larger diffrences than that. and I must say you guys have a wierd way of seeing on trolling if trolling not changed rapidly since last year, it havn't occured yet beside from one person here.

I disagree with you, but you are doing exactly what your criticizing others of. everyone here realizes what an idiot mountainous is at this point, so there isnt any need for more replies, but if there are, so what? its good entertainment to see him make a further fool of himself.
