Receiving stealth 90% XP rate continuously in any building in Heng that's set to Private, even in a purchased house. Just by standing still... or training on a dummy, or anything. Jumps to 150% if a NPC gets near.
If I set the building to Public the xp vanishes.
Seems to happen elsewhere too. Is it just me?
