99.4 Bo follows squad around

Went to black scratch, and bo just follows the squad around. No option to recruit or join.

Bo and possibly others (I usually get Bo+1) attaches himself to you as if on a short-term mercenary contract. He will fight alongside you until the contract expires (after a couple of days).

So can you recruit them after the contract expires? They tried to follow my squad of chaos marines from the vampire teddy gram mod, and did not fare too well, so i healed them up and left them in the beds over at spring.

If it is not a bug the a better dialogue letting us know what is going on would be very nice.

I don't think you can recruit Bo. While he was following me, he lost a leg and was bleeding out in the Tower of Abuse, so I healed him up, carried him all the way to the Border Zone Waystation to get him a robotic leg, and as soon as he was free to do so, he left at full speed (his companion had left some time before).

Bo is a woman in my game, has a mod done that?
She followed me and got herself killed and her sidekick enslaved protecting me....
Didn't know why she was following or see any dialogue at the time.

Went back to Black Scratch last night, (Actually one of my characters got carried near there by slavers who then got themselves killed)

While Bo wasn't there, still dead apparently, a random anti slaver started following me and there was a line of dialogue, something about him seeing action with the legend herself, it was easy to miss though.

Found it in the FCS and there is no condition for it but it seems like there should be as they'd call a new character with level 1 skills a legend. It started a 72 hour bodyguard contract. It is generic anti slaver dialogue, Bo probably just has it because she's in the faction.

Incidentally there is also some dialogue there for permanently recruiting Bo, but it will only trigger if you are an enemy of the slavers/UC/traders or killed one of their leaders and you are stronger than her.
