Black Textures

Hello i have this "black texture" problem and i didn't find anything on a fix...i was hoping someone knows what causes it ???no matter how i turn the camera...they just go crazy all over the screen. Thank you

This is usually caused by a messed up item of clothing. Are you running any mods that add such things?
It should go away when the offending characters are no longer on screen.
