When i have farmers with a big list of different crops, i scroll in the Job's window a long time and i just don't undersant what is each thing.

Or rename the different jobs.

not sure what you mean
the jobs lists are rather small. as you set them up yourself, unless you got one person working 20 fields.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable
