Crashing whenever I change the sequence of the squads; and food issue

So, my game will crash whenever I tried to rearrange the sequences of my squads, yet I really donot know whats going on; there is a bug report in my steam files, but its too large to upload... can anyone explain this please?
Also, there is a very large issue that my characters wont go grab food by themselves, if I import, then they will com back to normal for a few days, but they will stop eating soon after the import, is there anything I can do?
I played kenshi for 700+ hours, so please, these problems really worries me. I really need to use some help.

It's going to be near impossible to diagnose the issue without the info in the log, how big is the file? Here's some file hosts that should work in most cases.

Gonna jump in here with a couple of questions.

Are you rearranging the squad order with 10-minute to 5-minute autosaves?
If yes

Are you Trying to re-arrange your squads when the save is saving?
