Complete the 1st game

I know Kenshi made a community forum about whether to begin the second game and not complete the first. But I am sincerely conflicted with that decision. I have been following this game since 2013, and have played it since then. It has been my passion and joy since the early days and I have so many stories of great moments in game that are indescribable to regular gamers.

There are still major bugs and issues with the first game. I know the community has made its decisions, but if there could be some work to help the game with mod organization and crashes, that would really make my day. I know you are all working extremely hard at LoFi, and you're dedicated to making an incredible experience, but there are a lot of mods and basic features that could be implemented to make this game the best game of all time. Its seriously close, and there is a hard working community working to make it better, but the responsibility forever lies with the developers.

the game is finished.
the issue is the engine and always has been.
changing out from Ogre to EU 4 could take 6 years or more.

The devs may have quit working on it but I don't think it's quite as done as most had hoped. I don't crash so that isn't a problem for me, not sure why people suffer from that for me I just wish it had a bit more features.

Hopefully my kids will be around for Kenshi 2, not sure I will be.
