Waystation bars do not seem to refresh their stock / cats. Other shops do.

After several in-game weeks, going back in a day, then 3 days, then 2 weeks, then randomly:

- The waystation bar in Border Zone - the one between the Hub and Skinner's Roam, north of the swap - shows this issue consistently
- Others seem to have this problem as well (specifically, "barman" shops at Tech Hunter waystations) but i haven't been around them nearly as much to test as well as i tested this one
- The Robotics Shop and construction shop, at the same waystation, act normally. Inventory is refreshed, cats available from them resets back to 25k, etc
- The bar never even refreshes its cats - i sold it a bunch of stuff and it's been at 186 ever since
- Food is never restocked, which is the bigger issue if you're scouting / building a base and expected food to be available there....

Performing an import refreshes the store's stock - once, on import. But it never refreshes normally, so buying all its stock and/or depleting all its cats once is the same as before import.

A vanilla save from after it stopped restocking may be a good thing to upload. So that tests could be run on the save to possibly identify the issue.
