Cat-lon lost?

So I went and kidnaped the mad emperor and peeled off his arms and legs end stuck him in a cage or i might have told one of my guys to pick him up either way some time went buy and now I cant find him so can someone either make me a mod the makes Cat-lon respawn or make me a mod to summon him too me?

All you have to do is import the game with the appropriate boxes checked. Then you can bring back all dead npcs.
